Speed as standard
Routine models can leave the plant in as fast as four hours. Custom samples are ready in three days, and a full 40HQ container moves from production scheduling to port in as fast as one week — shortening your cash-conversion cycle.
Tianjin Shengkuo Technology Development Co., Ltd operates inside the Wangqingtuo bicycle industrial cluster — one of China's densest bicycle supply chains. Six assembly lines, over one hundred models in daily production, peak output above 5,000 units a day, and a minimum order of a single unit for colour, decal, size and component customisation.
Lead time, minimum order, range, and what happens after the container lands. Here are the four answers our export team gives every day.
Routine models can leave the plant in as fast as four hours. Custom samples are ready in three days, and a full 40HQ container moves from production scheduling to port in as fast as one week — shortening your cash-conversion cycle.
Customisation is not locked behind volume. Colour, decals, frame size and component configuration can each start from a single unit, so you can test a market before you commit a container.
Over one hundred models run in daily production. Pick straight from live stock, or bring your own frame, geometry and component list and we will build to it.
A full-lifecycle service system sits behind every unit shipped. Frames carry a one-year warranty, and transit damage is settled from your photographs so responsibility is allocated fast and in writing.
Mountain, road, city and kids. Every family runs on the same lines, so a mixed container is a normal order for us — not a special favour.
Hard-core off-road geometry built to hold traction across rough terrain, with suspension up front and disc braking as standard on current builds.
Aerodynamic frames and drop-bar positioning for riders chasing outright speed on tarmac. Tell us your target wheel size and groupset and we will quote to it.
Retro-leaning, upright and comfortable — the shape that sells in dense urban markets. Guards, racks and step-through frames can be specified per market.
Sized for a rider's first set of wheels, where safety detailing and paint durability matter more than weight. A steady volume category for distributors and retail chains.
Every line below is a range, not a fixed spec. Frame, gears, paint, brakes, fork, wheel size, colours, carton and derailleur brand can all be changed — tell us the market and we will propose a build.

Not listed? Decals, saddles, racks, mudguards and packaging print are quoted per order. Prices are not published: raw-material and freight markets move, so our export team confirms each quotation and its validity period in writing. EXW and FOB Tianjin terms are both available.
Wangqingtuo is one of China's densest bicycle clusters. Sitting inside it gives us component supply, tooling and paint capacity within minutes of the line — which is where the cost and speed advantage actually comes from.
A 30,000 m² site, including a modern office headquarters that houses R&D, operations and commercial teams alongside the production matrix.
Four high-flexibility assembly lines serve domestic volume; two standardised lines are dedicated to export orders. Export work does not queue behind domestic peaks.
Daily output breaks 5,000 units in peak season, with steady daily sell-through of 3,000–5,000 units — enough headroom to absorb a full-container order without derailing your schedule.
How many units fit one container, by wheel size and packing method. These are the figures to build your landed-cost calculation on, and they are our standard export packing.

Standard loading figures for our regular models. Custom frame sizes and custom cartons are recalculated against your actual requirement. Reference export carton: 135 × 19 × 72 cm for our 24" / 26" builds, 145 × 20 × 75 cm for 29" builds.
Put your brand on the frame and your spec on the bill of materials. We handle artwork, decals, sampling and mass production — and we will tell you plainly if a target landed cost will not work.
Market, model, quantity, target price band. We confirm the build sheet and flag any component risk.
Design output in as fast as 1 day, once the customisation brief is confirmed.
Decals produced in as fast as 3 days.
Sample built in as fast as 3 days for your approval, and for your buyer's approval.
Export lines scheduled on approval; mixed models run in one container when required.
Full container from production release to port in as fast as 7 days.
Bicycle compliance is where a cheap quote turns expensive. Our mountain-bike platform is tested against the European safety standards below — certification documents and test reports are available to qualified buyers on request.
CE marking may be used to demonstrate compliance with the GPSR directive.
From the rainforests of Southeast Asia to the highways of Europe and the Americas. The regions below are where our export volume actually sits today.
A Zambian customer places standing monthly orders of roughly three thousand units. Steady volume like this is only possible when delivery dates hold and the spec does not drift between batches.
A Philippine customer has moved to assembling in-country. We supply to their assembly programme on a monthly cadence of three to five thousand units, which keeps landed cost and duty exposure under control.
If your question is not here, put it in the form below. A real member of the export team answers it — not an auto-reply.
Customisation is open from a single unit — colour, decals, frame size and component configuration can each start from one piece. Stock models can also be selected individually from the live production list, so you can test a market before committing to a container.
Routine stock models leave the plant in as fast as four hours. Custom samples are built in as fast as three days, decals in three days and design artwork within one day. For full-container export orders, the standard window from production release to port is as fast as seven days.
Because a published price goes stale before it reaches you. Raw-material and freight markets move, and exchange rates move with them. Our export team confirms every quotation in writing together with its validity period — so the number you quote your own customers is the number we can actually honour. Both EXW and FOB Tianjin terms are available.
Frames carry a one-year warranty. If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph it and send the images to us. We identify the cause first: where the fault is ours we take responsibility, and where it lies with the carrier the carrier is liable. Deciding this from photographs rather than argument is what keeps claims fast.
Yes — that is our main export business. Send us your logo, artwork or a rough sketch: design output follows in as fast as one day, decals in three. Colour, decal, sizing and component specification are all customisable from one unit upward, and we will say so directly if a target landed cost is not achievable.
Yes. All four families run on the same lines every day, so mixed-model containers are ordinary work for us. Tell us the split you need per model and colour and we will build the loading plan around it.
Yes. The CE marking certificate under GPSR (EU) 2023/988, tested to EN ISO 4210-1:2023 and EN ISO 4210-2:2023, is held under certificate number TQT0331B402EC, alongside our enterprise credentials. Test reports and certificates are released to qualified buyers on request.
The more you tell us — model, quantity, destination port, target landed cost — the more useful the first reply will be. A model, a colour card and a quotation are what usually come back.
